About the role :

We are seeking a results-oriented Recruiter to manage and scale the hiring for our core growth function : Business. This is a critical, high-impact role responsible for securing high-calibre talent to drive Dezerv's market expansion and next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities -

• Stakeholder Partnership & Management : Collaborate closely with stakeholders to build strong partnerships and ensure alignment throughout the hiring lifecycle. Drive effective communication, manage expectations, and facilitate timely and informed decision-making.
• Full-Cycle Pipeline Ownership : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process exclusively for Business roles (e.g., Business Development Associates, Client Financial Partners and Client Growth Partners).
• Expert Sourcing : Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent, focusing on experience in FinTech, Wealth Management, or financial services.
• Assessment & Qualification : Conduct rigorous screening to evaluate candidate alignment on experience, skill sets, and cultural fit.
• Offer & Negotiation : Lead the offer-extension and negotiation process to ensure successful closures.
• System Integrity & Reporting : Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (MyNextHire) for data integrity and business reporting.
