What You’ll Do
Counsel prospective students on Nixace’s analytics programs and career paths
Conduct one-on-one online / offline sessions to understand learner goals
Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and lead conversions through structured counseling
Support the admissions process — forms, interviews, and document verification
Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to achieve monthly enrollment targets
Maintain accurate student and counseling data in internal systems
We’re Looking For
Experience :
1–3 years in academic counseling, inside sales, or EdTech advisory
Level :
Associate / Entry to Mid-level role
(not suitable for senior professionals or managers)
Skills :
Excellent English communication, empathetic counseling, confident presentation
Tools :
Basic familiarity with MS Office and CRM software
Personality :
Energetic, self-driven, and people-oriented with a focus on student success
Negotiation
: Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities for lead conversion.
