Job Summary :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Education Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students regarding career choices, course selection, and admission procedures, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Counsel students and parents regarding educational programs, career options, and admission processes.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries effectively.
• Understand student needs and guide them towards suitable courses and institutions.
• Maintain and update student databases and records regularly.
• Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure smooth admission processing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission / enrollment targets.
• Conduct tele-counselling, webinars, and one-on-one sessions for prospective students.
• Participate in promotional activities such as education fairs, seminars, and campus drives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students to ensure positive word-of-mouth and referrals.
