Job Description

• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management across IT and non-IT categories.
• Develop and execute Category Plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage supplier performance and compliance, driving cost optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement sourcing strategies and enhance procurement processes.
• Monitor market trends and advise business owners on sourcing options and innovations.

The Successful Applicant

• 10-15 years of experience in procurement, ideally within a multinational company.\
• Proven track record of working in cross-functional teams for 3-5 years.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in SAP procurement tools like ARIBA / S4Hana.
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing, procurement practices, and supplier management.
• Strong understanding of project management methods and processes.
