Location : HSR Layout sector 6, Bangalore

Experience : 1–3 years

Industry : Commercial Interiors / Office Spaces

We are looking for a Procurement Executive with hands-on experience in sourcing, vendor management, and procurement for commercial interior projects.

🔑 Key Responsibilities :

Identify and onboard vendors for interior fit-out materials, MEP, furniture, and services.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines.

Ensure timely availability of materials as per project requirements.

Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, and vendor databases.

Work closely with the design, projects, and finance teams to ensure cost efficiency.

✅ Requirements :

1–3 years of procurement experience in commercial interiors / office fit-outs.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Knowledge of interior materials, MEP items, and fit-out execution needs.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
