Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Counsellor role located in Kochi. The Counsellor will provide guidance and support to students seeking to study abroad by offering free counseling and course suggestions. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with course applications, visa filing, and providing post-landing assistance. The Counsellor will work closely with students to identify the best study programs and navigate the application processes for various countries.

Qualifications

• Counseling and guidance skills, with the ability to provide personalized support to students
• Experience with course applications, visa filing, and post-landing assistance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of overseas study programs and requirements for different countries
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a similar role or within the education consultancy sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field
