We are looking for a highly motivated, tech-savvy recent graduate to join our growing team as a Associate Business Systems Analyst . This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to launch their career in tech by learning to manage and optimize industry-leading SaaS platforms across departments like Marketing, Sales, HR, and Finance.

You will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations, troubleshooting user issues, assisting with data integrity, and helping configure applications to meet business needs.

This role is fully on-site in our Hyderabad, India office.

What You'll Do

• Learn and support a variety of SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Zuora, Jira, Coupa etc)
• Help manage data integrations, automation workflows, and API-based tasks
• Perform routine configuration updates and assist with system enhancements
• Respond to user-reported issues and triage to engineering
• Document SOPs, system changes, and maintain knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Ops, Engineering, Security) to support application needs
• Stay up to date with application features and recommend ways to improve efficiency
