Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admissions Administrative Assistant to support our Admissions team with day-to-day administrative and data management tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, and possess excellent English communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Update, maintain, and organize admission-related data in internal spreadsheets and the CRM system.
- Assist the applications team with reviewing student documents, uploading files, and managing application status in the data panel.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of student information.
- Generate and manage reports related to applications, student status, and follow-ups.
- Support the admissions team with communication and documentation as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive student data.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth operation of the admissions process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any disciplineMinimum 1 year of relevant administrative or data management experience.Strong command of Microsoft OfficeTechnically sound and quick to learn new tools and platforms (CRM or database systems).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Benefits
