Qualifications & Experience : Education : B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil / Construction / Project Management or related field. Experience : 3 - 8 years of experience in project planning and coordination. preferably in residential / commercial real estate. Skills & Competencies : Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel (advanced). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of construction sequencing, BOQ, and cost control. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects (for Senior level).
