Position : Planning Engineer / Planning Trainee

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience : 0 to 1 Year

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating project schedules using Primavera (P6) or Microsoft Project (MSP) .
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress and support project reporting.
• Coordinate with site execution teams to collect data on project progress and resource utilization.
• Support in preparing baseline programs, monitoring deviations, and updating revised schedules.
• Prepare resource histograms, S-curves, and progress charts.
• Participate in review meetings and support planning documentation.
• Assist senior planners in delay analysis and preparation of catch-up plans.
• Ensure planning documents, reports, and dashboards are updated regularly.
