About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Dy. ERP Manager (Microsoft 365 Support & Development) to manage the support, customization, and development of our Microsoft 365 ERP ecosystem. This is an individual contributor role where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (including the Microsoft Office team) to ensure seamless ERP operations aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

A. ERP Implementation & Support :

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, including customization and integration with Power Platform, SharePoint, and SQL.
• Provide L2 / L3 technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure data integrity.
