Key Responsibilities :
ERP Implementation & Configuration :
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, including scoping, gap analysis, system configuration, customization, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements through ERP-driven automation and standardization.
- Configure ERP modules in line with business needs, with a focus on finance, supply chain, project management, inventory, procurement, and HR functionalities.
Business Process Analysis :
Conduct detailed business process mapping and reengineering to align ERP solutions with operational and financial goals.Identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.Translate business requirements into technical specifications for ERP customization.Project Management :
Manage ERP implementation timelines, resources, and deliverables across departments.Monitor project milestones and report progress to senior management.Coordinate between vendors, implementation partners, and internal IT teams.Stakeholder Collaboration :
Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, supply chain, and management teams to ensure ERP solutions meet business requirements.Facilitate regular workshops and training sessions for end-users.Serve as the point of contact for ERP-related issues, escalations, and optimization requests.System Optimization & Support :
Provide ongoing support and post-implementation enhancements to ensure ERP systems remain aligned with business needs.Monitor data quality and ensure the accuracy of financial and operational reports generated through the ERP system.Stay updated on ERP best practices, upgrades, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and system efficiency.Required Qualifications :
Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in ERP consulting or administration.Proven experience with ERP systems (such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Infor, or similar platforms).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements.Experience in business process modeling and reengineering methodologies.Sound understanding of finance, accounting principles, and financial system integration.Preferred Skills & Competencies :
Familiarity with ERP implementation in the solar energy or EPC industry.Knowledge of project-based accounting, BOM, inventory, or job costing modules.Experience with SQL or ERP data migration tools is a plus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with technical and non-technical teams alike.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment(ref : iimjobs.com)
