Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Formulation Chemist located in Gurgaon. The Formulation Chemist will be responsible for conducting research and development (R&D) to create and enhance formulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing laboratory experiments, analyzing chemical compounds, ensuring quality control standards are met, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product performance. The chemist will also document procedures, maintain laboratory equipment, and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess chemical compositions and solve technical challenges
• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including handling equipment and conducting experiments
• Experience in Quality Control to ensure product standards and regulatory compliance
• Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and Formulation to innovate and refine products
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics industry is an advantage
