We are seeking a highly qualified Chemistry Expert with an M.Sc. in Chemistry to support AI development through data annotation and model refinement using advanced techniques like RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) and SFT (Supervised Fine-Tuning). This is a remote, flexible opportunity ideal for professionals who want to contribute to cutting-edge AI technologies.

What You'll Be Doing

Annotate Chemistry-related content to enhance AI understanding and reasoning.
Review and provide feedback on AI-generated responses to ensure scientific accuracy and conceptual clarity.
Develop high-quality problem sets and step-by-step solutions for AI training.
Collaborate with AI researchers and developers to refine and enhance AI performance in the field of Chemistry.

Must-Have Qualifications & Traits

Strong academic background with a Master's degree in Chemistry.

Experience in Chemistry education, research, tutoring, or content creation is preferred.

Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data annotation processes is an advantage.

Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
