Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's stock inventory, including tracking and overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare for 4-day camps one day in advance.
• Responsible for preparing bathing powder, herbal packs, etc.
• Dispatch orders on a daily basis.
• Monitor and process orders received through Amazon, Flipkart, and the company's website.
• Responsible for stage preparation during 4-day camps.
• Work and stay at 4-day residential camps or one-day outdoor sessions in Delhi or outside Delhi (no extra emoluments will be provided for this).
• Generate and analyze stock reports, identify discrepancies, and investigate causes.
• Submit purchase details (vendor information, invoices, and pricing) to internal databases.
• Maintain updated inventory records.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the undersigned / management in office or camp.
