Job Description
ROLE :
We are currently looking to hire energetic Inside Sales reps. This position is an integral part of our sales engine. They are the face of FSL and work hand in hand with respective Business Units. The Inside Sales team is responsible for identifying opportunities and generating a sales pipeline.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision makers.
- Build prospect lists based on the ideal customer profile. Find decision-makers at target companies that are involved in a buying decision.
- Have demonstrated heavy cold calling volume (75 outbound a day).
- Run outreach campaigns using email, calls and LinkedIn touchpoints and set up qualified meetings for the Sales team.
- Learn, leverage and help evolve our demand generation process.
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand the opportunity and the needs of prospects
- Able to understand / explain concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Experience using tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator & Salesforce etc.
DESIRED PROFILE :
Prior IT / ITES, US geography Inside Sales experience of 5+ years is mandatory.Experience and knowledge of the cultural nuances of the US region.Self-starter – ability to take the initiative and uncover new revenue opportunities and ability to solve any problem / challenges that arise.Someone who is comfortable with working in the US Shift Timings (starting at 5 : 30 PM to 2.30 AM IST)Hardworking and willing to achieve a high volume of outbound calling activity every day while maintaining a positive and energetic persona.
