Manager UK Payroll and HR Operations.
The Human Resource Manager will manage day to day HR operations activities for UK / EMEA region.
He / she will be involved in strategic initiatives for the UK / EMEA region from HR perspective.
The key area of work will revolve around end-to-end employee life cycle management, except recruitment and talent acquisition.
Area of work :
must have :
Core experience of UK payroll + UK HR(onshore + onsite).
UK visa understanding.
hands on exp with payroll end to end ,UK pension.
UK compliance.
Calculation of payroll and NI component.
UKVI and HMRC Understanding.
UK HR Policy.
visa mobility understanding ( all UK visa knowledge ) + India to UK Transfer candidate ( ICT ) Full understanding.
Desired profile :
Should have worked in HR operations in software companies for 5-10 years.
Must have worked in UK / Europe region for 3+ years, and knows local HR guidelines.
UK payroll Should be very comfortable and have good knowledge of local laws and practices, compensation and benefits related aspects etc.
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
Should have good understanding and knowledge of immigration / visa laws, right to work eligibility, GDPR guidelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
