Were looking for a Workday UK Payroll Consultant / Senior youll do :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workday Payroll UK Business Analyst to join our team with experience in Workday UK Payroll configuration, specifically within the HCM Core Product areas.

This role will support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday systems in alignment with HR business processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday's functional modules, cross-product functionality, and experience working within iterative or agile development Analysis & Requirement Gathering :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Workday integrations and enhancements.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Process Flow Diagrams to guide technical teams.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for Workday optimization and process Communication & Agile Collaboration :
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that Workday solutions align with business objectives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize Workday enhancements in an Agile / Scrum environment.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation, execution, and validation.
• Assist in Workday change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new features and updates.
