Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute asset management policies, procedures, and processes for effective Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Govern existing documents and ensure timely updates of all HAM documentation.
• Represent the organization during internal and external audits for HAM, ensuring zero non-conformance.
• Manage NIST-related audits pertaining to HAM and work toward improving the NIST score.
• Support RFP processes for client audit controls.
• Perform HAM KPI reviews, including asset accuracy validation.
• Ensure all hardware assets comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Utilize ServiceNow’s HAM module to automate and streamline asset management processes.
• Maintain a comprehensive CMDB to track and manage hardware assets across their lifecycle.
• Embrace a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth by building relationships, taking ownership, and contributing to business strategy.
