Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and creative Interior Design Lead to manage and drive interior design projects from concept to execution. The role involves leading design teams, handling client interactions, ensuring design excellence, and delivering projects on time with high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the interior design team for office, commercial, and residential projects.

Develop creative design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and detailed drawings.

Collaborate with clients, understand requirements, and present design solutions for approvals.

Ensure projects align with design principles, functionality, and aesthetics.

Oversee material selection, vendor coordination, and site execution.

Review 2D space planning, 3D visualizations, and technical drawings (AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray / Corona).

Ensure timely project delivery within budget while maintaining design quality.

Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring team productivity and creativity.

Contribute to revenue generation through design excellence and client satisfaction.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s / master’s degree in interior design / architecture.

7+ years of proven experience in interior design with leadership exposure.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray / Corona, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Excellent client handling, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, and material specifications.

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.

Work Mode : On-site
