Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic plans to grow the business, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, preparing proposals, meeting sales targets, and representing the company at industry events.

• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Experience in strategic planning and market analysis
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of the interior design industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
