The ideal candidate will lead the residential sales team, drive strategic sales and marketing initiatives, achieve revenue targets, and ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor the residential sales team to ensure high performance.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for Suncity Anantam.
• Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle—client engagement, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service and repeat business.
• Represent the project in the market, highlighting its premium offerings and investment potential.
