Direct Purchase

We are seeking a Direct Purchase professional to manage the procurement of critical components like plastic parts, electronics, and PCBs. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can evaluate BOMs, manage vendor relationships, negotiate costs, and ensure timely material availability while maintaining high quality standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Procurement of Plastic Parts, Electronics Components, and PCBs.
• Understand and evaluate BOMs , Raw Material specifications , and vendor capabilities.
• Handle critical planning and perform schedule gap analysis to ensure timely material availability.
• Manage vendor development, negotiation, and cost optimization .
• Maintain MIS reports , SAP-based procurement records , and follow-up schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Planning, Quality, Production).
• Draft professional emails for follow-ups, updates, and escalation.
• Ensure adherence to quality, cost, and delivery targets .
• Monitor and reduce lead times and inventory cost .
