Role Overview :
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Purchase Department. The intern will assist in procurement activities, vendor coordination, and maintaining accurate purchasing records, gaining hands-on experience in supply chain and purchasing processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Assist in vendor search, quotation comparison, and follow-up.
- Maintain supplier database and pricing records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for requirement collection.
- Support inventory monitoring and procurement planning.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Skills & Qualifications :
Pursuing / completed degree or diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain concepts.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong communication and organizational skills.Benefits :
