Job Description :
- Identify training and development needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and regular consultation with line managers and department heads.
- Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs tailored to various facility management roles, including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and technical services.
- Create learning materials such as manuals and presentations to support training initiatives.
- Conduct onboarding programs for new facility staff to ensure proper orientation to company policies, safety standards, and job-specific requirements.
- Implement training schedules and ensure timely delivery of sessions, both online and in-person, across multiple locations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking to ensure knowledge retention and skill application.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards across all training activities.
- Collaborate with vendors or external trainers when specialized training is required.
- Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
- Plan & Optimize trainer utilization for effective execution of training calendars across client sites
