Job description

Join a fast-growing fintech leader thats shaping the future of equity management and ownership. As a Lead SDE (Full Stack), youll architect and build scalable solutions while leading a team of talented engineers.

What Youll Do :

Design & develop high-quality, scalable features
Lead and mentor a team of 2- 5 engineers in Agile sprints
Collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions

What Were Looking For :

Total experience : 8+ years in software development

3+ years in a product-based company, with team leadership experience

Hands-on with Java, .NET (C#), Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ReactJS, AngularJS, or ExtJS

Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Great communicator who thrives in collaborative environments

Tech Stack Youll Work With :

Backend : C#, ASP.NET, MongoDB, Postgres, EventStore

Frontend : React, TypeScript

Cloud : AWS (SQS, S3, EKS)

Messaging : NServiceBus
