ServiceNow Architect

Position Overview :

Role : Drive ServiceNow architecture, define requirements, design solutions, deliver capabilities.

Scope : Platform design, implementation, governance, solution integrity, enterprise Responsibilities :

• Engage with executives ? capture pain points & requirements.
• Translate needs into ServiceNow solutions.
• Maintain technical integrity (governance, change control, impact assessments).
• Lead architecture & design workshops.
• Oversee enhancements & enterprise program delivery.
• Hands-on : Workflows, IntegrationHub, Workspaces, NowAssist, UI / UX, Performance Analytics, scripting (JS, HTML, business rules, ACLs, catalog items, dictionary).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams & stay updated on latest SNOW :
• Delivery Architect role (consulting environment preferred).
• 8+ yrs ServiceNow hands-on experience.
• Strong ITIL / ESM / Asset Mgmt / SecOps / AI / Low-code exposure.
• Scripting in JavaScript, HTML.
• Certifications : CSA mandatory; CIS & App Dev preferred.
• Soft skills : Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, Details :
• Client : Globe Life Insurance (BFSI vertical).
• Engagement : Managed Steady State.
• Primary Skill : Application Mgmt Configuration ServiceNow.
• Experience Level : Master (8+ yrs ServiceNow exp).
