Candidate should be dynamic, experienced and results-driven. To lead B2B sales vertical across India focusing on corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events), travel agent, and alliance channels. This role will define and execute strategies to increase revenue, scale market presence, build a high-performing team, and deepen partnerships in these segments.
1. 10 years of proven experience in sales leadership within hospitality, travel, MICE, or allied industries.
2. Demonstrated success in building and scaling B2B sales networks across India.
3. Strong corporate & travel trade networks with the ability to engage at CXO / decision-maker levels.
4. Excellent skills in strategy, negotiation, stakeholder management, and people leadership.
5. Entrepreneurial, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-growth environment.
