Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Curriculum Development

Deliver engaging sessions in Real Estate Marketing, Sales, Investments, and Business Development.
Design and update curriculum reflecting industry trends.
Use modern teaching tools, case studies, and digital platforms.
Contribute actively to curriculum design and academic planning.

Research & Publications

Undertake impactful research in Real Estate and related domains.

Publish in reputed journals (SCI, Scopus, UGC CARE-listed).

Work with academic / industry bodies for research collaboration and funding.

Promote innovation, IP creation, and support for entrepreneurial initiatives.

Academic Leadership

Contribute to departmental development and institutional activities.

Play an active role in policy-making, mentorship, and academic quality enhancement.

Qualifications & Eligibility

Mandatory : M.Plan (Housing) / MBA in Real Estate or equivalent

Desirable : Ph.D. in a relevant field

Experience : 2–3 years (in teaching or industry, focused on Real Estate or allied areas)
