About The Opportunity
A fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and e‑commerce business focused on D2C and marketplace growth, operating Shopify storefronts and omnichannel fulfilment across India. This on-site role owns end-to-end operations—inventory, fulfilment, logistics and vendor / 3PL partnerships—to deliver exceptional customer experience and cost-efficient scalability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day e‑commerce operations for Shopify-led channels : order-to-delivery, returns, and SLA compliance.
- Manage inventory lifecycle : stock planning, SKU rationalization, cycle counts, and shrink minimization across warehouses.
- Coordinate with 3PLs, couriers, and internal supply‑chain teams to optimise fulfilment cost, lead-times and on-time delivery metrics.
- Implement and maintain OMS / WMS processes and integrations with Shopify—drive automation and exception workflows.
- Define and monitor KPIs (OTD, fill-rate, lead-time, returns rate, inventory days) and deliver weekly / monthly performance and root-cause reports.
- Lead cross-functional troubleshooting (product, customer support, finance) and drive continuous process improvements to scale operations reliably.
