- Support in sales review presentations & strategic dashboards
Commercial & Tender Support
Draft and manage tenders, quotations & pricing documentsEnsure timely approvals and submissions for commercial dealsTools & Data Management
Work on Advanced Excel , SAP , SanEforce , and optionally Power BIMaintain trackers for new product launches, brand metrics & incentivesCross-Functional Coordination
Liaise with CFA / logistics for stock and dispatchesWork closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance & Supply ChainAdministrative Support
Schedule sales reviews and manage follow-ups for Sales HeadsMaintain high standards of confidentiality and documentationWho We're Looking For :
Qualification & Background
B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred5–7 years in Sales Coordination / Commercial Support, ideally in Pharma / HealthcareKey Skills
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots, Dashboards)Working knowledge of SAP & SFA (SanEforce)Excellent coordination and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilitySkills Required
