Job descriptionData Collection & Analysis : Gather data from diverse sources (surveys, sales reports, market research, etc.) and analyze it using statistical tools and software. Insights Generation : Identify trends, patterns, and relationships within the data to uncover actionable insights. Strategic Planning : Translate insights into actionable recommendations and develop data-driven strategies with stakeholders. Reporting & Visualization : Create reports and build compelling dashboards / visualizations to communicate findings effectively. Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven approaches across the organization. Continuous Learning : Explore new data sources, techniques, and tools to stay ahead of industry trends. Data Analysis : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical analysis and data mining. Data Visualization : Expertise in building clear, impactful visualizations and executive dashboards. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex insights to non-technical stakeholders. Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experience with SQL, Python / R, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and advanced Excel.
