Job description

Summary :

  • A seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in data analytics, insights generation, and stakeholder consulting to drive strategic decisions.
  • Skilled in advanced statistical techniques, trend analysis, and business modeling using SQL, Python / R, and Excel.
  • Experienced in delivering enterprise-grade dashboards and visualizations with Tableau, Power BI, and Looker, translating complex data into clear executive insights.
  • Adept at managing analytics projects from hypothesis formation to data-backed recommendations.
  • The Insights & Analytics Specialist bridges the gap between raw data and strategic planning, uncovering trends and opportunities to enable informed decision-making.
  • This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear communication of complex findings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Analysis : Gather data from diverse sources (surveys, sales reports, market research, etc.) and analyze it using statistical tools and software.
  • Insights Generation : Identify trends, patterns, and relationships within the data to uncover actionable insights.
  • Strategic Planning : Translate insights into actionable recommendations and develop data-driven strategies with stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Visualization : Create reports and build compelling dashboards / visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
  • Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven approaches across the organization.
  • Continuous Learning : Explore new data sources, techniques, and tools to stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Data Analysis : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical analysis and data mining.
  • Data Visualization : Expertise in building clear, impactful visualizations and executive dashboards.
  • Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experience with SQL, Python / R, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and advanced Excel.
  • Business Acumen : Ability to understand business objectives and apply data insights to solve real-world problems.
  • Collaboration : Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
