What will you do

• HR Management
• Payroll management : salary processing, leave & attendance tracking.
• Employee relations : grievance handling, engagement activities, disciplinary actions.
• Performance monitoring & assistance with appraisals.
• Onboarding & Offboarding process : induction to exit meeting.
• Compliance & Policy
• Ensure adherence to labor laws & statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
• Maintain employee documentation, contracts, and HR records.
• Draft and update company policies as per start-up requirements.
• Floor & Admin Management
• Oversee daily floor operations to maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity.
• Act as the go-to person for employees on the floor for HR / admin support.
• Vendor management (stationery, housekeeping, facilities, etc.).
• Manage office assets, infrastructure, and workplace safety.
• Coordination & Reporting
• Act as a bridge between management and employees.
• Generate MIS reports on HR metrics (attrition, payroll, compliance status).
• Support leadership in creating a positive & Gen Z-friendly work culture.
• Learning & Development
• Identify training needs and coordinate skill development initiatives.
• Policy & Process Building
• Design and implement HR policies aligned with start-up requirements.
• Create structured processes without compromising agility.
