Position Title : Bottling Corporate QSE Head

Location : Based out at Dankuni, travel to Paraj (Bardhaman), Howrah

Reports To : Director, BOD

Education : B.Tech / M.Tech / BE / Bachelors degree in science, Food Science, or Food Technology Engineering.

Salary : Upto 30 LPA CTC

Experience : Minimum of 18 years in Quality, Safety, Environmental, and Operations areas.

Skills Required

• Good Laboratory Practices (handling of chemicals and Beverages, data management, etc.).
• Quality Assurance principles (cost analysis, inspection, corrective action planning).
• Food Science principles and techniques applied to the beverage industry.
• Project Management : Knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
• Technical Relationships : Ability to apply technical knowledge and establish credibility with highly technical audiences.
• Knowledge of aseptic line is preferable.

Position Overview

The Bottling Corporate QSE Manager is responsible for overseeing the Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) governance function across 3 to 4 bottling plants. This role ensures compliance with The Coca-Cola Company's KORE policies, local regulations, and international certifications, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
