Job descriptionPrepare mood boards, layouts, and design presentations. Client Interaction & Consultation : Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and budget Provide expert advice on design choices, materials, color schemes, furniture, and Ensure that all designs align with client expectations and project goals. Project Management : Oversee the execution of interior design projects from concept to completion. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure Ensure adherence to design timelines and budget. 3D Visualization & CAD Drawings : Create 3D renderings, detailed drawings, and blueprints using design software Present design concepts using advanced visualization tools and techniques. Material Selection & Procurement : Select and source appropriate materials, furniture, and decor based on the design Manage procurement and ensure high-quality materials are used while staying Space Planning & Layout Design : Analyze the space and provide practical and aesthetic layout designs to optimize the Ensure efficient use of space, lighting, color schemes, and furniture arrangement. Team Collaboration : Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless Guide junior designers or interns, offering mentorship and assistance on projects. Quality Control & Inspection : Perform site visits to ensure that the design is being implemented accurately and to Ensure all designs meet safety, health, and environmental standards. Educational Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields. Certification in relevant software tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, etc.) is Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior design, particularly in commercial, Proven experience with design execution, from concept to completion. Skills & Competencies : Strong creativity and ability to develop unique, functional, and aesthetic design Excellent understanding of space planning, color theory, and furniture design. Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Rendering tools). Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Attention to detail with a high standard of work. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to design challenges.
