Responsibilities
- Concept Design : Preparation of plans & programming of retail store EBO, elevations, sections, 3D Illustration & material selections.
- Schematics Design : Preparation & co-ordination of SMEP details & drawings with consultants. Coordination with all other specialized consultants.
- Design Development : Preparation of detailed coordinated plans & elevation.
- Tender Details : Preparation of Tender Drawings, BOQ / Specifications, quantification of materials, GCC & FFE Documents.
- GFC Drawings : Preparation of good for construction drawings for site execution.
Qualifications & Experience
Software skill
A good command in AutoCAD is mandatory.
