A ccount Manager – Restaurant Onboarding
Responsible for onboarding new restaurant partners onto our platform, ensuring a smooth and timely go-live process, and setting them up for long-term success.. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategie.
Key Responsibilities :
- Onboard new restaurant partners from contract signature to go-live, ensuring all setup requirements are met.
- Ensure accurate setup of restaurant information including menus, pricing, delivery details, and branding.
- Monitor progress and track key milestones during onboarding, proactively identifying and resolving any blockers.
- Build strong relationships with restaurant partners to ensure a positive first impression and foundation for long-term retention.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to handover accounts post-onboarding with all documentation and insights.
- Maintain and update CRM or onboarding tools with detailed notes and progress.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to improve onboarding processes and customer experience.
- Coordinated with central teams to execute initiatives boosting revenue.
- Engaged owners to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.4 years+ of experience in Account Management, Onboarding, Customer Success, or similar roles, preferably in food tech or hospitality.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools, dashboards, or CRMsAbility to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Passion for food, hospitality, and helping partners succeed.Prior experience onboarding restaurants or working in a food delivery, POS, or restaurant tech platform.
