Solution Engineer at FarEye, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between customer needs and technical solutions.

Evolving from the traditional Solution Engineer role, this position now focuses more deeply on delivering measurable business value through value engineering methodologies, process optimization, and custom BPM configurations using JavaScript within FarEye's low-code / no-code platform.

You will partner closely with clients, customer success, and product teams to understand pain points, map business processes, propose solutions that align with strategic goals, and develop custom BPM logic when needed to drive adoption, efficiency, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with enterprise customers to understand their operational and business challenges, and translate them into value-driven solution frameworks.
• Conduct value discovery workshops and create business cases that quantify the potential impact of FarEyes platform.
• Design and configure workflow automations and BPM models to align with client needs, customizing logic using JavaScript when required.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and measurable value realization.
• Support the development of customer-specific prototypes, PoCs, or enhancements to demonstrate how FarEye can solve real-world problems.
• Work as a strategic advisor to customers post-sale, identifying continuous improvement opportunities and influencing platform adoption.
• Act as a feedback conduit between clients and product / engineering teams for enhancements and innovation ideas.
• Assist in documenting customer journeys, technical designs, and value stories for internal learning and cross-team collaboration.
