Marketing Manager – Community

TRP Sports is a Bangalore-based sports management company working across multiple verticals — including player management, brand marketing, events, and sports venue management. Under TRP Sports, SPACES is our venue management and recreational sports division.

Spaces by TRP Sports manages some of Bangalore's most active sports facilities across football, box cricket, pickleball, and padel. We handle operations, business development, events, and community management across multiple venues.

About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Manager – Community & Growth to lead the user-side expansion of our business. This is not a traditional "venue marketing" role — it's a growth + engagement role focused on acquiring and retaining users, building partnerships, and driving engagement across our communities.

You'll be responsible for creating and executing strategies that bring more users into our ecosystem, connect them with our community games, and drive awareness for the Spaces brand as Bangalore's most engaging sports network.
