Job Brief :
- This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with strategic clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, business development, and operational execution to optimize customer value and long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in account management, client servicing, and business expansion within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a strategic account plan for key clients to maximize revenue and customer satisfactionIdentify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accountsAct as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolutionDrive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that address client needsMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunitiesBuild and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makersConduct regular business reviews and strategy sessions with clientsEnsure proactive engagement to address client concerns and enhance customer experienceWork closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, finance, operations) to ensure seamless execution of client projectsManage contracts, service-level agreements, and key deliverables for assigned accounts.Mentor and guide junior account managers, fostering a high-performance cultureContribute to the development of best practices, processes, and frameworks for key account managementWork closely with various external stakeholders including Insurance Companies, TPA s, Brokers etcTeam Management and ensuring their Productivity growthQualifications Skills :
Bachelors / Master s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field8-12 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in B2B industryUnderstand about Group Insurance ecosystem will be an advantageProven track record of successfully managing large enterprise accountsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholdersSkills Required
