Job Opportunity in a Big 4 Consulting Firm – FDD

Location : Mumbai & Gurgaon

Qualification : Chartered Accountant

Domain : Transaction Service – Financial Due diligence, Deal Advisory

Experience : 5–8 years in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence / Audit or Accounting firms

Role & Responsibilities :

As a Manager in Transaction Services, you will work on complex, high-profile transactions such as acquisitions, mergers, and buyouts. Key responsibilities include :

Leading financial due diligence engagements and identifying key transaction issues

Preparing high-quality TS reports and reviewing sections compiled by junior team members

Managing smaller assignments independently or assisting on larger ones under Partner supervision

Building credibility with clients and representing Transaction Services in deal discussions

Maintaining professional networks with senior / mid-level contacts for future business opportunities

Supporting proposals, business development, and practice development initiatives

Managing, mentoring, and providing feedback to junior staff

Ensuring risk management and compliance documentation is completed as per firm standards

Contributing to team morale and a collaborative work environment

Desired Candidate Profile :

Qualification : Chartered Accountant

Experience : 5–8 years in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence / Audit or Accounting firms

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills

Ability to manage multiple assignments, tight deadlines, and client demands

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; IFRS knowledge preferred

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel (domestic & international)

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and engage with clients
