Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an M Tech Technical Mentor located in Chennai. The Technical Mentor will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students through their technical curriculum, conducting workshops and bootcamps, developing lesson plans, and providing individualized support to students. The mentor will also be responsible for evaluating student progress, offering constructive feedback, and helping students prepare for interviews and placements.

Qualifications

• Technical mentoring and teaching skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Expertise in programming languages and software development
• Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in conducting workshops and bootcamps
• Experience with interview and placement preparation
• Ability to offer constructive feedback and support to students
• Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in the tech industry, particularly in a mentoring or teaching role, is a plus
