Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freelance Trainer, located in Chennai. The Freelance Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging training sessions, developing training materials, and assessing learners&apos performance. The Trainer will also provide feedback and support to learners, collaborate with other trainers, and continuously improve training programs based on feedback and industry developments.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation, instructional design, and classroom management skills.
• Experience in curriculum development and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in subject matter relevant to the training programs offered by Learnwhiz Academy.
• Proficiency with digital tools and software used for training and development.
• Ability to adapt training styles to meet the diverse needs of learners.
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Education, Training, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in corporate or educational training environments is a plus.
