Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Mentor (M-Tech) located in Chennai. The Technical Mentor will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students through various technical topics, creating and delivering instructional content, conducting workshops and bootcamps, and providing personalized feedback to help students improve their technical skills. Additionally, the mentor will stay updated with the latest industry trends to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and effective.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or similar
• Experience in web development, machine learning, data science, or related fields
• Strong instructional and presentation skills, with the ability to create engaging learning experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to mentor students effectively
• Ability to stay current with industry trends and adapt curriculum accordingly
• Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus
