Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator located in Puducherry. The Human Resources Administrator will manage day-to-day HR tasks including, but not limited to, benefits administration , Tele calling , HR management , and handling HRIS. The role also involves overseeing compliance with labor and employment laws and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in Benefits Administration and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a similar role is beneficial
