Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic Campus Manager to own and drive the execution of our placement-focused programs within the assigned college. This role demands exceptional project management skills, client handling expertise, and the ability to ensure student success through effective mentoring and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities :

• Take full ownership of program implementation at the assigned college, ensuring adherence to FACE Prep's standards.
• Plan, monitor, and track project progress to meet timelines, quality benchmarks, and program objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for both FACE Prep and the client institution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with college management, faculty, and placement officers.
• Proactively address client concerns and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Supervise and guide mentors and students involved in the program, providing direction and support.
• Assign responsibilities, track performance, and ensure timely delivery of program milestones.
• Provide regular updates and reports on program status, student engagement, and placement outcomes.
• Maintain clear communication channels among FACE Prep, mentors, students, and the client.
• Ensure all program activities align with FACE Prep's guidelines and client expectations.
• Continuously monitor program quality and implement corrective measures as needed.
