The Service Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage service requests, maintain client relationships, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage service requests from clients efficiently.
Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Work closely with technical teams to facilitate service delivery and troubleshoot problems.
Prepare reports on service performance and client feedback for continuous improvement.
Assist in training new staff on service protocols and standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2-9 years of experience in service coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
