• Test manager exp in Banking domain - 7 to 8 yrs
• Test process documentation and planning - Test strategy, Test planning, Governance, Audits, reporting, Metrics
• Agile test project management - Hands on exp
• Strong communications skills and stakeholder management
• Multiple level stakeholder management
