We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead with 7–9 years of hands-on experience in software testing and team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading testing efforts across projects, ensuring quality delivery, and driving continuous improvement in testing processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of testers, assigning tasks and balancing workloads effectively.
- Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and testing progress.
- Monitor and document new requirements and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with business users and stakeholders for inputs, reviews, and approvals.
- Own and implement metrics measurement for quality assurance and performance tracking.
- Prepare detailed reports on testing activities including test case coverage, defect status, and overall quality metrics.
- Ensure strict adherence to established testing processes and standards.
- Facilitate daily defect triage meetings and drive resolution.
- Oversee team performance, provide guidance, and ensure timely delivery of testing goals.
Qualifications :
7–9 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a lead role.Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
