Job descriptionProvide patient care in hospital settings under the supervision of senior faculty or independently, as applicable. Participate in ward rounds, outpatient clinics, and emergency care management. Supervise and guide junior residents and medical students in clinical practice. Manage obstetric emergencies, labor cases, and general medical conditions in patients. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, medical ethics, and patient safety standards. Engage in academic research, contributing to the body of knowledge in OBG and General Medicine. Publish research findings in reputable medical journals and present them at conferences. Support interdisciplinary research initiatives and collaborations. Mentor students and junior faculty members in their research activities. Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and clinical training logs. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum planning and review. Collaborate with colleagues on co-curricular activities, seminars, and workshops. Assist in accreditation processes and maintain documentation for quality assurance. Act as a liaison between the institution and healthcare partners for clinical training programs.

- Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in Obstetrics & Gynecology (OBG) and General Medicine.
- Provide academic counseling and mentorship to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Develop course materials, including syllabi, study guides, and assessments.
- Assess student performance through regular evaluations, examinations, and feedback.
- Organize and supervise clinical training and hands-on sessions for students.
- Facilitate discussions and case studies to enhance student understanding of complex medical scenarios.
